Julie Cosplays Shantae (Tavern Contest Entry)

Originally, this was my entry into the Tavern Contest that TheThunder-Art was holding. But I was unjustly blocked by him and now this is here just for posterity's sake.

Julie Ultimus is a huge fan of Shantae, so she decides to cosplay as the lovely half-genie.  Shantae is on the left, Julie's official design is in the middle, and her cosplay outfit is on the right.  She will appear in the game in her cosplay outfit.

Julie Ultimus has traveled across many worlds, allowing her to grant advice to the party.  She also enjoys challenging the player with puzzle battles.  After you become a good friend of hers, Julie may teach you arcane secrets, grant you special items, or even join the party.

Julie absolutely loves sinking in quicksand and similarly sinky substances.  Due to her love for sinking, she has learned much about quicksand and is willing to teach you some of the sinky goo's secrets...but they only work with females for some reason.
